SCHOOL COEXISTENCE
“School coexistence is a learning process; it is taught and learned, and it is expressed in different formative spaces: the classroom, field trips, recess, workshops, ceremonial acts, the library, as well as in spaces of participation, school councils, parents' center, student center, teachers' council, meetings of parents and guardians.
A healthy school environment is both a right and a responsibility for all members of the educational community, based on the fundamental dignity of each person and the respect they owe one another. It is a learning experience in itself, contributing to an educational process implemented in a tolerant and violence-free environment, aimed at enabling each member to fully develop their personality, exercise their rights, and fulfill their corresponding responsibilities.
The main objectives of the school coexistence area are:
To promote and develop in all members of the educational community of Colegio San Alberto Hurtado the principles and elements that build a healthy school coexistence, with special emphasis on training that favors the prevention of all kinds of violence or aggression.
Establish protocols for action in cases of school bullying, which should encourage the approach and understanding of the parties in conflict and implement reparative actions for those affected.

Generate prevention actions such as workshops on socio-affective skills, life skills, emotional literacy, parenting skills, among others, taking into account especially the institutional educational project.
To ensure that the rights of each member of the school community are respected, through actions that involve all its stakeholders.
