A MAGICAL JOURNEY WITH KAMISHIBAI
Students from the first cycle enjoyed an entertaining and meaningful storytelling session led by Judith, the librarian in charge of the CRA, who, through the traditional Japanese storytelling technique of Kamishibai, captivated the children and transported them into the wonderful world of literature.
On this occasion, students enjoyed the narration of "Luna, the Bunny with Attentive Ears", a story that allowed for an engaging and accessible approach to the institutional value for the month of August: “Love for one's neighbor”
The activity was held as part of the CRA Plan, an initiative that seeks to promote playful, meaningful, and cross-curricular learning experiences, linking reading with the values that are part of our educational community.
Through the narration and the distinctive illustrations of the Kamishibai, students actively participated in a space of imagination, dialogue, and reflection. The experience not only strengthened their enjoyment of reading but also encouraged the practice of values such as empathy, respect, solidarity, and love for one another.
