Teachers from Colegio Bicentenario de Excelencia San Alberto Hurtado strengthen their pedagogical competencies

As part of the Local Teacher Professional Development Plan, a group of teachers from our school participated in a training program conducted over five sessions, aimed at strengthening their professional and pedagogical practices.

The purpose of this initiative was to enhance teachers' methodological and pedagogical competencies for managing their educational work, in alignment with the guidelines of the Framework for Good Teaching (Marco para la Buena Enseñanza - MBE) and key aspects related to the Teacher Evaluation process.

Through the various sessions held between July and August, participants had the opportunity to reflect on their practices, review methodological strategies, and delve into tools that foster planned, effective, and student-centered learning.

This initiative is part of Colegio San Alberto Hurtado's commitment to teacher professional development, promoting spaces for training, reflection, and continuous improvement that contribute to strengthening the quality of teaching and learning processes.
