PIE Coordination Training: Pedagogical Leadership and Administrative Management

During the month of August, the training program "PIE Coordination Training: Pedagogical Leadership and Administrative Management" took place at our institution. In this opportunity, 4 special education teachers actively participated in three intensive days of work, reflection, and collaborative learning.

This professional development space provided an opportunity to delve into key aspects of managing the School Integration Program (PIE), covering everything from updating ministerial regulations and optimizing administrative processes to designing pedagogical leadership strategies aimed at teacher support and classroom co-teaching.

Through this valuable professional update, we aim to continue strengthening the pedagogical and inclusive practices currently being carried out at our school, ensuring a high-quality, equitable educational response tailored to the needs of every one of our students, while recognizing the dedication and commitment of our professionals to educational excellence.
